基于两带高度的瓦斯抽采钻场设计

Design on Borehole Drilling Field for Mine Gas Extraction Based on Height of Two Bands

摘要: 为解决上隅角瓦斯超限问题,在曙光矿1208工作面材料巷采用裂隙带钻场边抽边采技术。通过经验公式计算和UDEC数值模拟,对1208工作面两带高度进行分析,确定了1208工作面垮落带高度为16m,裂隙带高度为30m。根据两带高度对1208工作面进行了瓦斯抽采钻场设计,并应用于现场实践,结果表明,1号钻场平均瓦斯体积分数39%,通过裂隙带瓦斯抽采,1208工作面与材料巷瓦斯浓度始终控制在1%以下,上隅角也始终未超限,裂隙带钻场瓦斯抽采效果显著。

Abstract: In order to provide the basis for the design of the borehole drilling field in 1208 working face of Shuguang coal mine, study the height of two bands by using empirical formula and UDEC numerical simulation software. According to the study, the height of the fissured zone and fractured zone is 16m and 31m in 1208 working face. The borehole drilling field for mine gas extraction is designed according to the height of the two bands and applied to the practice. According to the observed data, the average gas volume fraction in No. 1 borehole drilling field is 39%, the gas concentration in 1208 working face and it’s material roadway is controlled in 1% by gas extraction in material roadway, the gas concentration is also controlled. The gas drainage results shows that design on borehole drilling field in 1208 working face is effective.
